Born and raised in the Flathead Valley, Matt Regier has been a preeminent conservative leader since being elected to the Montana House of Representatives in 2016. After serving as Speaker of the House during the 2023 Legislature, Matt was subsequently elected to the Montana Senate in 2024.
Chosen by the members to lead as President of the Senate, Matt has championed parents rights, lower tax rates, protection of our water rights, preserving our 2nd Amendment rights, and protecting our youth from the ever-encroaching radical Left ideology that pushes such travesties as abortion drugs in grade schools, children sharing sleeping rooms with members of the opposite sex on school-sponsored trips, and biological males in female locker rooms.
Matt has worked tirelessly for the values of liberty and true Republican conservatism for the cause of all Montana families.
