VOTE NO on CI-128
CI-128 is part of an extreme, horrific, radical out-of-state effort aimed at cementing abortion on demand – including late term abortions and taxpayer funded abortions – into our society. Millions of dollars from California and Illinois are pouring into Montana to change our state constitution to enshrine abortion up until the moment of birth, at taxpayer expense. This incredibly harmful constitutional initiative is written in a very insidious manner and its impact would be unimaginable!
If passed:
- Non-doctors, such as dental assistants or physical therapists, will be allowed to perform abortions!
- Women who are injured by the abortionist or have severe or life-altering complications will lose all right to legal recourse!
- Human traffickers, statutory rapists, and pimps will be able to take their victims to an abortion clinic and hide their crime!
- Parents will not have the right to know if their teenager or young child is having an abortion without telling them!
- Painful, late-term dismemberment abortions will be allowed through all 9 months of pregnancy!
- Taxpayers funding of abortions through all 9 months would be allowed!
We as the Flathead Republican Party strongly OPPOSE CI-128. VOTE NO!
