The July 8th 2021, Districting and Apportionment Commission meeting will be open to the public in the following ways:

   • Members of the public may join the commission in the State Capitol meeting room.

   • Members of the public who want to offer public comment remotely may join the meeting on Zoom for the public comment periods noted on the agenda.

The meeting will be streamed live at https://leg.mt.gov/ and broadcast on the Montana Public Affairs Network (MPAN) if you wish to view it only. An archived recording of the meeting will also be made immediately available on https://leg.mt.gov/.

To offer public comment on Zoom, please contact Rachel Weiss at [email protected] by 12 p.m. (noon) on July 7th with the following information:

   1. Your name; and

   2. Whether you’ll be providing comment by telephone or through the Zoom meeting platform via your computer. A sturdy Internet connection and a microphone are required to provide comment by Zoom.

After providing that information, you’ll receive instructions by 5 p.m. on July 9th for joining and participating in the meeting.
